What are the income requirements?
Future residents must show 3 times the base rent income to qualify.
How are utilities set up?
Residents pay for utilities directly to the providers. Georgia Power, Comcast, and RealPage for water. The property will set up the water initially for residents. Renters' insurance is also required.
What are the application fees?
$30 for the first applicant, and $15 for any other applicants over the age of 18.
